To create and secure your account and sign you in.

To publish your listings and let buyers and sellers message each other.

To operate, protect and improve the service and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Your public profile (display name, photo, city) and your active listings are visible to anyone.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and run StallBay (for example our database and authentication provider, Supabase) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

To draw maps and translate chat messages we send only the minimum needed to those providers (map tiles from CARTO/OpenStreetMap; text you choose to translate). They never receive your verification documents.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit your profile at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@stallbay.com.

Data is protected with row-level access controls and encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to fix issues quickly.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use means you accept the updated policy.
