Rawai, Phuket·2h ago·7

I rent a cozy two-room house in the south of Phuket, in the Rawai area. The house is bright, clean and in good condition. One room is completely ready for life, the second can be furnished to your taste. All furniture remains. 10 minutes walk to the sea, 7-Eleven 5 minutes, laundry 2 minutes walk. Quiet side street, calm surroundings. Can accommodate cats and dogs of any size. Among the nuances: the house is small, the bathroom is also small. The contract is valid until March, and can be extended if desired. Deposit 20,000 baht. Rent: 13,000 baht per month. Write to Telegram: @mozet_kus
